App support

For bugs, account problems, or questions about DND AI, email admin@waveaillc.com. It helps if you include your device model, your iOS version, and the app version shown in the app's settings screen.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies — we cannot issue them directly. See section 5 of our Terms of Use.

Privacy and data deletion

To request access to your data, deletion of your account and gameplay data, or deletion of data retrieved from a connected social account, email admin@waveaillc.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". The full process, including what we delete and how long it takes, is set out under Data Deletion Requests in our Privacy Policy.

Business and legal

Partnership enquiries, press questions, platform and developer-program correspondence, and legal notices should also be sent to admin@waveaillc.com. Please put the topic in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
